Based in Taiwan for more than ten years he is fluent in Chinese. He studied Chinese Buddhism in Youn Kung Buddhist College in Taiwan initially. Later taught Buddhism in SITA UNIVERSITY- Taipei for six years. Apart from Teaching Buddhism he is also as involved in charitable and humanitarian services and a patron to a school in remote Ladakh. He was also directly involved in humanitarian service to flood victim of Gujurat in 2004. He has followers of all walks of life around the globe.

While on other side his cousin Mr. Tsewang Paldan after his formal education in south India he was volunteering Maha Bodhi Caralas a Student house-Mysore as house father for 270 a NGO working education and meditation for eight years. Returning to Ladakh in 2003 he took tourism seriously and worked in   "OVERLAND ESCAPE" for seven years efficiently, from tour guide to executive director. Now with his unique experience of management and service he feels competent to established Travel Company. Which operates not only in Ladakh but also other part of India especially to Buddhist circuit?
